Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Medina alleged that on Nov. 30, 2011, he was involved in an automobile accident with Retamoza. Medina further claimed that accident was caused by Retamoza's negligence.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Retamoza denied Medina's allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.

Result

The parties settled for $225,000.
