Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. (WB) filed a complaint against Fannix Inc., and Xin Wei aka Jessie Wei, an individual and dba Amazon.com seller bestwiidepot seeking a permanent injunction over the distribution of WB's home video and digital products.

U.S. Chief District Judge Audrey B. Collins granted a permanent injunction, enjoining defendants from making unauthorized uses of WB's works or substantially similar likenesses or colorable imitations.
