Facts

Plaintiff Schiff Food Products Co. claimed it entered into an oral agreement with defendants Enrique Perez and Interamerica over imported underwear. Defendants allegedly breached the agreement, keeping plaintiff's property which included over 80,000 units of designer underwear. Defendant disputed having an agreement with plaintiff. It only acknowledged traveling abroad to collect clothing to be brought back to the United States.

Result

Judgment was for defendant.
