Plaintiff Erik Andersen ordered a yacht from defendant Pacific Asian Enterprises Inc. in April 2003, which was to be built in China and delivered to the U.S. in April 2004. Anderson filed suit against Pacific Asian, alleging breach of contract.

Anderson contended that the yacht had continuous problems concerning basic functions Anderson also contended that the yacht did not possess the custom wiring, numbering, and finishing, as specified in the contract.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Pacific Asian contended that the yacht complied with the contract's specifications.
