Lisa Wilson was driving in the City of Hesperia on Feb. 27, 2008 when she collided with a City-dump truck being driven by Larry Stiltner.
Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Wilson filed suit against the City, alleging motor vehicle negligent and vicarious liability. Wilson contended that she was proceeding straight at an intersection with no traffic controls, and had the right of way, when Stiltner failed to properly yield.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The City admitted liability, but disputed injuries and damages.

Wilson claimed she suffered intermittent ringing in her ear, followed by hearing loss and headaches.
