Plaintiff began working for defendant in 2001, and contended he was disabled due to a back injury he suffered while working for defendant. Plaintiff accused defendant of discriminating against him because of his disability by repeatedly denying his request for reasonable accommodation in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied plaintiff's allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
