DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied that his vehicle struck plaintiff and denied that plaintiff was injured.
Damages
Kettavong sought $17,000 in past medical costs.
Injuries
Kettavong sustained strains and sprains to her neck, back and shoulders.
Result
The parties settled for $35,000.
