Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs contended that the court has general and specific jurisdiction over defendant. Defendant has wide-ranging, systematic and continuous contacts with California.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company contended that the court lacks personal jurisdiction over the claims of 575 of plaintiffs because those plaintiffs are "not residents of California and do not allege any connection with California or with each other."

Result

Defendant Bristol-Myers Squibb Company's Motion to Quash Service of Summons for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction was denied.
