Defendant Peter Chi was charged with 67 counts of sexual battery for assaulting female patients he treated in his plastic surgery practice, some of whom where under anesthesia at the time. Chi has offices in Tracy and Stockton. Thirty-seven patients filed a civil case against Chi.
