Facts

Plaintiff Jeffrey L. McNeil bought a motor home from defendants Fleetwood Motor Homes of California Inc., Fleetwood Enterprises Inc., and Giant Inland Empire R.V. Center Inc. Defendants provided a warranty for the motor home.

Plaintiff alleged the motor home was defective and that defendant failed to repair it in a reasonable number of attempts. Plaintiff attributed damage to water intrusion in the occupant compartment.

Defendant contended the warranty did not cover the roof seal leak at the time the roof seal leak was discovered, and that plaintiff did not properly maintain the roof seals as described in the owner's manual.

Damages

Plaintiff sought replacement of the motor home or reimbursement of the purchase price.
