Plaintiff alleged that defendant rear-ended his vehicle as he was stopped in traffic along I-580 in Pleasanton. Plaintiff alleged that defendant was driving between 15 and 25 mph at the time the collision took place. As a result, he injured his legs, hips, neck, and back. Plaintiff sued defendant for negligence.
