Rachel Reyes alleged Ricardo Angeles broadsided her, causing her car to roll over at an intersection. Reyes sued Angeles for motor vehicle negligence.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff contended defendant was speeding, causing him to collide with her car as she crossed the intersection with the light in her favor.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The defendant contended he did not know the color of the light. According to a police officer's investigation report, there was no mention of speeding causing the accident.
