Claimant asserted causes of action for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation/non-disclosure, wrongful termination, void and/or unenforceable transitioning and release agreements against public policy, obtaining resignation by coercion and misrepresentation, compensation manipulation, and economic and contract interference.
