On May 22, 2008, plaintiff Admiral Marine Inc. entered into a maritime contract with defendant Ocean Network Express Inc. to arrange cargo shipment from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada to Busan, Korea.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Admiral Marine contended that it performed all services under the contract and accordingly invoiced Ocean Network for $336,761. Admiral Marine further alleged that Ocean Network refused to pay despite repeated demands.

Admiral Marine sought $336,761.

The parties reached a settlement for $336,761.
