On March 24, 2004, plaintiff Carrie Martin and defendant James Balti were involved in a car accident with each other. Defendant Balti was a taxi driver employed by defendant Administrative Services Cooperative Inc. dba Yellow Cab.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Martin claimed Balti's negligent driving caused the accident and her injuries.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants disputed both liability in the accident and the extent of Martin's injuries and damages sought.
