Minar asserted the following causes of action: negligence; breach of fiduciary duty; breach of contract; negligent misrepresentation; fraud and deceit; California Business & Professions Code violations; and violations of California Corp. Code Sections 25401 and 25501.

Result

The matter was settled on or about Nov. 8, 2010. The Panel recommended expungement of a non-party's records.
