Facts
The claimant, a 69-year-old female janitor, was driving northbound on South 16th Avenue at the intersection with
West Nob Hill Boulevard. The claimant contended that her vehicle was rear-ended by the respondent as she
was at a full stop waiting for a red light, propelling her into the vehicle in front of her.
The respondent contended that he was stopped behind the claimant, the light turned green and then the
claimant moved forward and stopped abruptly again, causing the respondentÆs vehicle to roll into the claimant.
