Facts

The plaintiff, a 35-year-old female, preschool teacher claimed that both the plaintiff and defendantsÆ vehicle were
southbound on I-5 near Chehalis when defendant Hutchins driving a van, changed lanes to the left hitting the
plaintiff who was already traveling in the lane. The plaintiffÆs vehicle hit the jersey border, tipped over and slid
on its passenger side to a stop. Plaintiff Charlynn Hartman stopped about a 100 yards back. Defendant
DeBorde stopped behind the plaintiff, when defendant Craft rear-ended defendant DeBorde pushing him into
plaintiff.
