The subject suit relates to claims by the plaintiff of alleged dental malpractice against two dentists, the defendants, Dr. Hugh Murray, D.D.S. and Dr. Al Manesh, D.M.D.

Settlement Discussions

The plaintiff requested $100,000 of Dr. Manesh and $150,000 of Dr. Murray. Before trial, both defendants subsequently offered C.C.P. Section 998 of $9,999. There was no arbitration. The case subsequently involved only Dr. Murray, a generalist and Dr. Manesh, a periodontist.
