Plaintiffs, purchasers of the iPhone 4 cellular telephone, brought a class action lawsuit against defendants, alleging defendants violated consumer protection laws when they sold and promoted a telephone product containing a defective antenna. The antenna defect caused calls to be dropped.
Result
Settlement in the approximate amount of $7 million, with attorney fees of $2,160,000. Each plaintiff will receive $15.
