PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that on May 21, 2010, he was driving and stopped at a red light, when he was hit from behind by Fink. Safiei argued that defendant was not paying attention while driving, causing the accident.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Fink denied that there was an accident at all, claiming that his vehicle did not hit Safiei's.

Safiei requested $25,000 for his medical costs.

Safiei complained of neck, back, and shoulder pain, which he treated with a chiropractor.
