Facts

Solomon and Bessie Feffer Trusts, and Amnon Feffer filed a claim against Buckman, Buckman & Reid Inc. (BBR), First Clearing Corp., National Financial Services LLC (NFS), Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Co. Inc., alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, negligent supervision, unjust enrichment, and breach of contract. The claims arose in course of the management of the trusts. NFS and BBR filed counter-claims for indemnification and contribution, and third-party claims for indemnification. First Clearing filed a counter-claim for equitable indemnity and contribution, and a cross-claim for express indemnity and contribution.

Result

The arbitration panel denied the claimants' claims and BR's counterclaims.
