Facts

Plaintiffs, representatives from various businesses, signed up for defendant Google Inc.'s free trial of its "Tags" service. The service was designed for businesses to distinguish themselves in various Internet searches. Plaintiffs brought a class action lawsuit against Google, alleging claims for breach of contract and violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act when Google charged the plaintiffs a $25 fee for the trial service.

Result

Dismissed without prejudice, with leave to replead.
