On Feb. 24, 2005, plaintiff Roberta Rodriguez, 52, was involved in a rear-end collision with the defendant, who was in the course and scope of employment at the time. She was unemployed at the time of the collision but had been actively seeking work. She has been unable to work since the accident.

The defendant stipulated to liability but contested the reasonableness and necessity of the medical treatment and charges.

Injuries
