PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff contended that defendant allowed the water to accumulate in his bathroom so that the floor acquired a 2 x 3-foot hole, as well as extensive mold and additional damage throughout the unit.
Damages
The plaintiff requested possession and damages accrued daily, as well as fees and costs.
Result
The judge awarded $700, constituting the amount for daily damages, and possession. Also, plaintiff was awarded $11,270 in fees and $1,229 in costs.
