Claimants alleged claims for suitability, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise, and elder abuse.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondents denied the claims.

Damages

Claimants sought to recover trust account losses in excess of $775,192, and disgorgement of respondent's revenue in excess of $80,000.

Result

The arbitration panel denied claimants' claims entirely, and granted respondents' motion for sanctions. The panel also recommended expungement of all references to the arbitration from Cohen's registration records.
