On Oct. 19, 2012, at 8 p.m., plaintiff Lyset Angelica Castillo was driving her Honda Accord on the Interstate 10 freeway northbound near the Interstate 5 freeway in Los Angeles. Defendant Edward Kronfli was driving a Honda Civic when the vehicles collided.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended she was rear-ended by the defendant.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant admitted liability.
