Nishikawa contended that while driving southbound on Octavia Blvd., an accident involving Landaverde occurred. Nishikawa claimed he was injured as a result, and sued Landaverde. Nishikawa claimed Landaverde was liable for the accident because he was negligent in the operation of his vehicle.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Landaverde admitted liability, however disputed the extent of plaintiffs injuries.

The jury rendered a verdict in favor of Nishikawa, and awarded him $2,477 in damages.
