PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
In 2006 or 2007, Bible contended she incurred a financial obligation that qualified as a student debt. That debt was later assigned to General Revenue. When Bible later defaulted, General Revenue sent her a notice. However, that notice failed to include required information, including the name of the school she attended, for which she obtained the loan, and what the interest rate was on the loan.
