On Jan. 27, 2012, Robinson's claim for benefits was denied. Robinson later filed suit, seeking review of that decision.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendants filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that Robinson's claim was barred by the statute of limitations.
