Facts

The state medical board revoked Michael Kamrava, Octomom Nadya Suleman's fertility doctor, medical license for failing to exercise sound judgment in transerring 12 embryos to Suleman in 2008. He challenged the board's finding claiming it was too harsh and was a reaction to his vilification in the media. He sought to restore his license.

Result

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James C. Chalfant rejected Kamrava's request to reinstate his medical license.
