Wells Fargo Advisors LLC filed an action against Rick Hansen in relation to a promissory note, dated Feb. 10, 2008, executed by Hansen while he worked for Wells Fargo.

Claimant alleged that respondent breached the promissory note.

Respondent denied the allegations.

Claimant sought $86,082.18 and interest.

Result

Prior to the hearing, the parties entered into a negotiated confidential Settlement Agreement and Release on mutually satisfactory terms. The arbitration panel entered an award granting claimant $86,082.18 plus interest, and $12,000 in attorney fees, which was stipulated to by the parties.
