Joseph Venziano, 70, was a passenger in a car driven by Margie Del Pozzo. Del Pozzo was crossing two westbound lanes to travel eastbound on a street when she was struck by Danielle Driggs, 19. Venziano was partially paralyzed at the accident scene. A cervical fusion was performed at Mercy San Juan Hospital. Venziano developed a drop foot condition and two lumbar surgeries were performed.

Settlement Discussions
