Facts

Following an agreed-upon settlement, the U.S. government brought a civil action against Defendants alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Defendants disputed liability.

Result

Consent judgment with Defendants enjoined from paying wages at less than the minimum rate and from not paying overtime wages to those working over 40 hours. Defendants were also ordered to maintain proper records and to cease withholding back wages of $36,440 and civil penalty assessments of $15,000.
