On Oct. 2, 2009, defendant Scott Carpenter made a right turn into the front passenger side door of plaintiff Asefeh Niktalean's vehicle.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that Defendant's negligent operation of his vehicle was 100 percent responsible for Plaintiff's injuries.

Injuries

As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained cervical segmental dysfunction, thoracic segmental dysfunction, lumbar segmental dysfunction, and back sprain/strain. Plaintiff also sustained lumbar radiculitis, multilevel cervical disc bulging, and multilevel lumbar disc bulging and protrusions.

Result

The case settled for $60,000.
