Facts
Plaintiff Austin Stiles was driving his car when he was hit from behind by a vehicle that had been struck from behind by defendant's vehicle first. The chain-reaction accident ultimately involved five vehicles, as the impact to plaintiff's car caused him to hit the vehicle in front of him. The vehicle plaintiff hit, subsequently struck a fifth lead car. Plaintiff sued defendants, alleging negligence.

Injuries
