On Feb. 8, 2012, plaintiff Jose Gonzales was stopped at a red light for approximately five seconds when he was rear-ended by defendant Frank Ghilotti on Interstate 5 on the French Camp Road exit ramp.

Plaintiff claimed he sustained injuries as a result of the collision and had to miss work for several days.
