On Feb. 28, 1995, plaintiff Mary Bilicki, a 57-year-old property manager, was stopped in heavy traffic on Interstate 25. Defendant Jennifer Hogan's vehicle was behind plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff claimed defendant pulled into the left lane and clipped the rear of plaintiff's car. Plaintiff claimed she suffered injury as a result of the impact. Plaintiff brought this action against defendant based on a negligence theory of recovery.
