Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Corning contended that defendants infringed two of its patents relating to its Distributed Antenna System telecommunication products.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants denied Corning's accusations of infringement and asserted various affirmative defenses.

Result

The court found that no SOLiD product practiced one of the patents and the jury found that defendants did not infringe the other patent, returning a defense verdict.
