Facts
On August 17, 1992, Plaintiff Kathryn S. Christopher, a 35-year-old homemaker and part-time bookkeeper, was northbound on North Eighth Street at its intersection with East "B" Street in Yakima. An uninsured motorist was eastbound on East "B" Street and failed to stop at a stop sign. Plaintiff's vehicle struck the driver's side of the uninsured motorist's vehicle, spinning Plaintiff's vehicle around 180 degrees.
