Facts

On Feb. 17, 2007, defendant Bryce C. Saeman, driving a car owned by defendant Terrance Saeman, rear-ended a vehicle in which 14-year-old plaintiff Christopher Villaneuva was a passenger. The collision occurred on the I-110 freeway in Los Angeles, close to the Martin Luther King. Jr. Boulevard exit.

Injuries

Plaintiff claimed loss of consciousness, dizziness, headaches, insomnia, seizures, among other injuries.

Result

The parties settled for $45,000.
