Facts

On Jan. 9, 2005, Hollie Stanyon allegedly made a left turn and broadsided Katherine Mannino while she drove a compact vehicle. Consequently, Mannino sued Stanyon for motor vehicle negligence. Stanyon died due to unrelated causes and the case continued against her estate.
