Facts

Robin Bartko, a former employee of a Fidelity National Financial, Inc. subsidiary, filed a statewide class action lawsuit against the company in November 2011, asserting claims, including failure to pay overtime compensation, failure to provide meal and rest periods, and failure to provide adequate paystubs, among others. Plaintiff's class claims were dismissed voluntarily, without prejudice, and the action continued only with respect to Plaintiff's individual claims against Defendant.
