Laura Lake, a supporter of Trutanich, filed a complaint against Feuer, Jane Leiderman, M.E. Padilla & Associates, Mike Feuer For City Attorney 2013, Shallman Communications, and John Shallman alleging that Feuer intentionally delayed paying Shallman, his campaign consultant, in order to qualify for taxpayer-provided matching funds.
