Contentions

PLAINTIFF’S CONTENTIONS: Le entered into two mortgage loan agreements with First Franklin Financial Corporation, and secured those loans with real property. First Franklin assigned the primary deed of trust to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and Select Portfolio Servicing Inc. serviced the loan on Deutsche’s behalf. Le asserted causes of action for intentional interference with contractual relations, intentional misrepresentation, and wrongful foreclosure, among other things.

DEFENDANTS’ CONTENTIONS: Defendants moved for summary judgment arguing that Le’s causes of action had no merit.

Result

Defendants' motion for summary judgment was granted.
