PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that Olivarend Inc. dba GSF Driving & Truck Training School negligently maintained, managed, operated and controlled the DMV office.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Olivarend argued that it was not liable because it had no control over the property in question.
