Facts

Sikeyaa Robinson tripped and fell on a sidewalk at the Northwest corner of El Cajon Blvd. and 34th Street.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that the fall was caused by a change in elevation of defendant's sidewalk. Plaintiff also contended that his broken ankle was the direct result of defendant's poorly maintained sidewalk.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the contentions.

Injuries

Sikeyaa fractured and dislocated her left ankle and underwent surgery.

Result

The parties entered a $72,000 settlement agreement to be paid for from defendant's Public Liability Fund.
