Petitioner Vera Cort, as Trustee of Cort Survivor Trust, sued the City and County of San Francisco challenging the city's cancellation of petitioner's construction permits after she demolished property.

Contentions

PETITIONER'S CONTENTIONS: Petitioner contended that the city's actions violated her right of due process and did not comply with city ordinances.

RESPONDENTS' CONTENTIONS: Respondents denied the allegations and argued that the demolition was in violation of the permits.

Result

The parties settled and petitioner agreed to pay $200,000 upon the approval of her projects.
