Paul Kuhn entered a sweat equity partnership with Jimmy Eply's business. Following the partnership, Kuhn filed an arbitration claim against Eply.

Contentions

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Claimant contended that respondent owed claimant a fiduciary duty as part of their partnership relationship and breached that duty to claimant. Claimant also contented that respondent breach the parties' contract, resulting in $50,000 in damages to claimant. Claimant further contended that respondent engaged in conduct amounting to wrongful termination.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: Respondent denied the contentions.

Respondent was ordered to pay claimant $25,000 to claimant.
