Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended Defendant's Defendant's private label aquarium fish net products contained DEHP, a chemical known to cause cancer. Plaintiff further contended Defendant knew such products contained DEHP, but did not give clear and reasonable warning to its consumers.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the contentions.

Result

Defendant agreed to pay $20,500 and agreed to reformulate the products without such chemicals or provide clear and reasonable warnings.
